
Siege Camp has also introduced territory control mechanics for the first time, dividing the game map into territory based on starting deployment points and Tier 3 town placement, with the latter holding more weight and being the way players expand their held land. This new system will subsequently mean that beacons and homesteads can only be built in friendly territory instead of on the front lines as an offensive bulkhead, which is obviously against the game’s intended design.
